The aim of this project is twofold: First, it seeks to close several informational gaps by researching, compiling, and socializing informational and assistance resources related to adopting natural edges or shoreline softening approaches targeting NY St. Lawrence River property owners for whom such resources may be lacking, inaccessible, or decentralized. Second, it seeks to center acquired knowledge as guidance for future exploration of partnership opportunities and capacity-building across organizations focused on St. Lawrence River aquatic and transitional ecosystems.
